When will my order ship?

The current estimated turnaround time is 4-6 weeks. If you need something sooner, we do offer a rush option.

Do you accept returns?

Our items are both customized and made to order, so we do not offer any refunds or returns unless a mistake was made on our end.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges.

What if I don’t see what I’m looking for?

No worries! We are happy to do a custom order for you. I assure you, we can make exactly what you’re looking for! From our home page, click “Custom Order Request” to request a custom order. We would be happy to work with you!

Can I cancel my order?

As soon as you order, we get to work. At this time, we cannot accept any cancellations.

Can I change my order?

We cannot offer product changes but if there was a typo or mistake made on your end, and as long as we haven’t started it yet, we are happy to correct the order for you. Please contact us immediately if you notice that something needs changed.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

You will receive an email containing the tracking number as soon as your item(s) ship.

What do I do if my order gets damaged during shipping?

We do pack all orders with great care and do take protective measures, but things can happen if not handled correctly during shipping. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if there is any damage to your item(s) from shipping. We do recommend adding insurance to your order if this is a concern. Please contact us before we ship your order to add shipping insurance. We would also recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier used to attempt to rectify the situation.
